Jeg abonnerer på forskjellige nyhetsbrev og leser sjeldent alle like nøye. Det blir for det meste til at jeg skummer gjennom dem for å se om det er noe interessant. Fra tid til annen er det noe som fanger blikket mitt. I går var det nyhetsbrevet fra den tidligere kroppsbyggeren Dave Draper som fikk min fulle oppmerksomhet. Han skriver om ting vi kroppsbyggere og fitnessutøvere ofte glemmer, nemlig den positive treningen vi kan få gjennom dagligdagse aktiviteter og nødvendige "onder". Nå skal jeg i løpet av få dager sette i gang med oppbygging av et gutterom i kjelleren og dermed kommer de alternative aktivitetene på løpende bånd....
